Our thorough cleaning process includes everything on this chart and more (all cleaning is customizable). We try to keep our prices affordable for everyone. Most of our residential home services are priced between $70 to $110, and depend on sq ft. Most move-out cleanings range between $100 to $400, and depend on square footage.

All Rooms Clean and polish glass surfaces. Dust every surface from top to bottom around the room. Remove cobwebs and high dust. Fold blankets and towels, straighten items, straighten beds. Change sheets on up to three beds as long as bedding is set out. Vacuum all hard floors, carpets, rugs and stairs. Mop all large floors, hand wash small bathrooms/laundry areas Empty wastebaskets.	Bathrooms Clean and polish showers** and tubs** inside and out. Clean, sanitize and polish sinks and counters. Scrub and sanitize entire toilet, including bowl. Kitchen Clean and polish all appliance surfaces. Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs. Clean and sanitize counter tops and sink. Spot damp wipe cabinets, chairs and table. Clean microwave inside and out, including turntable.	Windows Wash windows around front door. Wash inside window above kitchen sink. Wash one set of glass doors to outside. ***please note window tracks are not included.

We rotate through all of the rooms in your home. With a regular House Cleaning With A Smile service, you never need another spring cleaning again! *Vacuum upholstery and under cushions. *Thorough edging of carpet. *Thoroughly wash all woodwork and polish upon request. **please note: excessive soap scum and hard water stains may take a few cleanings to remove. Some stains may be permanent. Once soap scum is removed, switching to a liquid bath soap can help prevent future buildbup of scum from talow based soaps.	Special Requests Leave other time-consuming cleaning chores to us to free you for more important things.
